Order Cancellation
Please contact us within 48 hours of your requested delivery date for the chance to cancel your order before creation and delivery.
Because each order is a fresh, handcrafted arrangement, we cannot cancel orders after being put together.
- Most delivered fresh flowers will last one week, more if they live in a room that has a cool temperature.
- Keep your mixed bouquets away from direct sunlight, heat and drafts.
- Remove dead leaves and flowers to keep bouquet looking fresh longer.
- If your delivery came in a vase, keep the vase filled with water and flower food.
- If your delivery came in a soil mixture, only water when you feel the soil is dry.
