Many of our flowers are acquired through worldwide travels by the owner of Mayflowers Reston, May. She makes an annual trek to one of the largest flower auctions in the world in Holland to find the best flowers for her clients. Her business connections and attention to detail garner exceptional quality and rare offerings.
Our flowers are shipped with love too! We’ll never leave flowers in a box or tied tightly in suffocating plastic in the elements. We carefully cultivate, water and deliver our flowers to preserve their beauty and scent for the lucky recipient. It may not be the way everyone does it, but it is how Mayflowers Reston does it. That’s what makes our flowers so special.
We understand how difficult it is to lose a loved one and we’re here to help you remember and honor them with special floral arrangements. We’ll work with you one-on-one to send condolences, offer support or design funeral flowers. Contact us and one of our florists will assist you.
Funeral arrangements are designed to capture the importance of a live well lived, to offer support and to remember special moments. Traditionally, funeral arrangements incorporate white roses, lilies, and orchids. But many families and friends opt for some color including pink, green and purple. We’re happy to assist you with designing exactly what you need to honor your loved ones.

Yes, for an additional charge, you may specify a delivery time.
If weather permits, we will leave the arrangement at the front door. However, it is our preference to leave the arrangement with an individual, front desk staff or neighbor to preserve the quality of the design and flowers.
Of course! We are open from 9-7 Monday – Saturday, and Sundays, from 10AM-4PM. Skip the Parking meter, we’ll deliver right to your car with FREE Curbside Pick-Up. Call us at 703.709.1200 and we will work out the details.
