Currently, we are only taking online orders for VA, MD, and DC. For orders that deliver outside this area, please call us at 703.709.1200. If your delivery is within Reston Town Center, please call for special delivery rates.

We require 24 hours to prepare fresh flower arrangements. If you would like same-day delivery, please call us at 703.709.1200.

Change of Address

We assume that all information entered during checkout is complete and accurate. If you need to update the shipping address, please contact us at least 24 hours before your requested delivery date, so we can update the delivery address.

Order Cancellation

Please contact us within 48 hours of your requested delivery date for the chance to cancel your order before creation and delivery. 

Because each order is a fresh, handcrafted arrangement, we cannot cancel orders after being put together.

  • Most delivered fresh flowers will last one week, more if they live in a room that has a cool temperature.
  • Keep your mixed bouquets away from direct sunlight, heat and drafts.
  • Remove dead leaves and flowers to keep bouquet looking fresh longer.
  • If your delivery came in a vase, keep the vase filled with water and flower food.
  • If your delivery came in a soil mixture, only water when you feel the soil is dry.
